I’m an integrative physical therapist based in Saint Paul, MN. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After graduating, I worked in outpatient orthopedics clinics, treating people from all walks of life, ranging from manual laborers and survivors of gun violence to corporate professionals and high level athletes. My favorite part about being a PT is helping people reconnect with their bodies and move with greater ease, strength, and confidence. I am passionate about providing whole-person, integrative care that blends traditional physical therapy with complementary modalities to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and embodied healing. I am certified in dry needling, craniosacral therapy, and Reiki I/II.
