I enjoy being out on the job site and learning from others who are passionate about what they do. I have also found that the outcomes are very positive by being on the job site. In the past working in a clinic, I would have the patient try to explain to me what they do for work, and I could never picture it. Now, I can see what they’re doing firsthand and brainstorm solutions with them right on the spot. I’ve found that our physical therapy outcomes are much more successful because we can address the body mechanics, piece of equipment, job task etc. in real time and create sustainable change.
