Tiffany received her undergraduate and Masters in Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota (UND), in Grand Forks, ND in 1997. She realized her passion for helping people recover from injuries after suffering an ACL tear in her knee in high school and needing to go through the rehab process. That brought her to UND where she concentrated on her studies and also played basketball at the colligate level.
She went through the same process in college after tearing her other ACL but it solidified her career path in helping people. Throughout the years she has worked in a variety of settings, with orthopedics as her area of preference. She contracted with On-Site Solutions in May of 2012 to bring her passion to the workplace.
Tiffany enjoys the diversity of people this brings her way and enjoys helping people lead a life well-lived while at the same time meeting people where they are at. She has two children and spends her free time teaching classes at a local fitness club, coaches/watches her kids in their sports, and is currently starting her journey as a hockey player.
