Jason is a physical therapist for On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy. He brings 18+ years of leadership experience in home health, CCRC, and nonprofits with him. His career has focused on change management within organizations and using data to drive business operations and development. He is passionate about team building and creating a positive culture within the work environment.
Away from his professional life, he has 2 boys that play lacrosse and he is often traveling across the country to one of their tournaments. He also enjoys outdoor activities, being active, and finding new places to hike.
