ALS SuperHero 5k/10k

Abe Ward, Physical Therapist

One of our Physical Therapists, Abe Ward, will be participating in this event! It is May 18th, 2024 in St. Paul, MN.

The ALS Association works to discover a treatment and cure for ALS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, ALS is a degenerative disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. More specifically, the motor neurons that affect voluntary muscle movement. As ALS progresses, the ability to move, walk, eat and breathe deteriorates. It is a terrible disease that needs donations and support to treat and find a cure!
