Sunshine Fund:
Each OSSPT team member receives a monthly cash deposit into their own individual Sunshine Fund Account. These monies are intended to be used to support employee health and wellness goals. Employees have the freedom to use these funds to help pay for such things as a gym membership, workout clothes, or a massage.
Paid Volunteer Hours:
OSSPT encourages giving back to the community. To support this ideal, each OSSPT team member may submit a request for a reimbursement of up to four hours of pay when they volunteer for a charitable event, coach a youth sports team or help with organizations such as Feed My Starving Children.
Monthly Lunch and Learn Meetings:
Providing a sense of academic community for our team is important to OSSPT. Towards this end, OSSPT team members are paid for their time to attend monthly Lunch and Learn meetings.

Physical Therapist
How do YOU feel on Monday morning when your alarm goes off and you are looking at another 40-hours in the clinic? Excited? Or dreading the turn and burn that many PTs are facing as reimbursements shrink and productivity quotas increase?
We are currently looking for energetic self-starters to fill a variety of open positions, ranging from 15-40 hours, for clients in the Twin Cities area.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience working with a wide range of injuries/issues
- Experience with developing educational materials, functional job and/or ergonomic assessments
- Experience creating body mechanics and stretch programs
- An orthopedic background
- Familiar with occupational settings, OSHA guidelines, workers’ compensation processes
- Familiar with ergonomic assessments
- But for the right candidate we are willing to train
Education Requirements:
- Have an active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy
- Have 2+ years’ experience as a physical therapist
On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is not a traditional brick-and-mortar clinic – our mission is to bring injury prevention, injury management and wellness direct to the workplace and the employees who need it the most. Since 2008 we have prided ourselves on meeting people where they’re at…whether this is on a construction site, on a manufacturing floor or driving heavy machinery. We are innovative, solution-driven, and passionate about spreading the news that physical therapy is the right first treatment for MSK issues.
