As the Executive Vice-President of Operations and a physical therapist for On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy, I’m one of the senior leaders here, especially when it comes to guiding the operational management of the company. I’ve been deeply involved in developing and shaping On-Site into the organization it is today. Like many of my colleagues at On-Site Solutions, I wear several hats, including providing on-site services for clients in the Minnesota area. In this role, I’m responsible for delivering stretching programs, injury prevention strategies, ergonomic assessments, new employee training, and more.
My journey into physical therapy began in high school when I tore my Anterior Cruciate Ligament and had to undergo rehabilitation after surgery. It was during that experience that I realized the significant help I could offer to others, and that remains my favorite part of my job! Following that initial injury, I pursued my education in North Dakota, earning my Master’s in Physical Therapy. If I were to offer any advice to potential physical therapists considering On-Site Solutions, it would be to explore different opportunities and discover your passion. There are so many diverse experiences out there – try them all!
