Our New Hire Training and Assessment Program is designed to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one. The program includes a structured onboarding experience that combines hands-on learning, guided instruction, and regular check-ins to build knowledge, confidence, and performance.

Program Components:

  1. Orientation & Company Overview
    • Introduction to company values, culture, mission, and policies
    • Key team introductions and organizational structure
  2. Role-Specific Training
    • Job-specific tasks, tools, systems, and workflows
    • Shadowing experienced team members or leads
    • Safety protocols or compliance training (if applicable)
  3. Skill Development Modules
    • Interactive training (e.g., e-learning, workshops, simulations)
    • Soft skills: communication, time management, collaboration
    • Technical or industry-specific knowledge
  4. Assessment & Evaluation
    • Knowledge checks (quizzes, practical tests, observation)
    • Performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days
    • Feedback sessions to identify strengths and growth areas
  5. Ongoing Support
    • Assigned mentor or team lead for questions and guidance
    • Access to internal resources and learning tools
    • Opportunities for continued learning and development
