In 2002, I earned my Master of Physical Therapy from Bradley University. I’ve gained extensive experience in both orthopedic and industrial rehabilitation, spending over a decade embedded within production facilities where I treated a wide range of work-related injuries, both before and after surgery. I also have advanced training in Ergonomics and hold the certification of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Living an active lifestyle is central to who I am, and I’m always pursuing outdoor adventures and finding ways to get in shape for the next one. It’s this very passion for achieving and maintaining peak ability and function that motivates me to empower others to become fit, stay healthy and injury-free, and ultimately achieve their best selves.
