I am a passionate and dedicated physical therapist who believes that exercise and movement are powerful tools for improving both physical and mental health. With over a decade of experience, my goal is to help individuals not only recover from injuries but also prevent them, fostering long-term health and wellness.
My journey into physical therapy began through my own experiences as an athlete, where multiple sports-related injuries sparked my passion for rehabilitation and movement science. My approach is collaborative, empowering patients to actively engage in their health journey.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Bemidji State University and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Carroll University. In addition to my degree, I have pursued advanced certifications in sports injuries, dry needling, cupping therapy, women’s health, and post-surgical care to expand my expertise. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and two young boys.
