Aloha! I am a transplant from Los Angeles, CA and have lived here in Minneapolis since late 2021. I went to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah for my undergraduate degree and into the workforce as a former certified athletic trainer. During this time I became a certified massage therapist. In 2009, I attended graduate school at Touro University – NV and graduated with my doctor of physical therapy degree in 2012. I worked in the settings of homehealth and traveling PT. Since 2017, I have been working full time for the VA (Veterans Health Administration). I am certified in pelvic floor health, massage therapy, and dry needling.
