Injury Prevention Tips

  • Listen to your body’s cues – before discomfort starts to creep in, change position, perform a counter stretch, and take a deep breath to exhale the strain from within.
  • Take microbreaks! These are short breaks lasting 30 seconds to 1 minute, which reduce fatigue, prevent strain, and increase concentration and focus.
