Body Mechanics Tips

  • Move your feet! Stepping or pivoting ensures your nose and toes move in the same direction and prevents twisting.

  • Exhale on the work – holding your breath causes strain and can lead to increased pain.
  • Keep the curves your spine deserves by maintaining neutral postures.
