Movement Tips

  • Keep the curves your spine deserves. Avoid slouching postures when sitting in the cab.
  • When getting into and out of the cab do the following: use three points of contact, take your time and move slowly, stay aware of your surroundings, and be mindful of your body during transitions.
  • When safe to do so, perform in-cab activations to prevent muscle and joint stiffness.
  • At least once per hour, exit your cab to stretch and move your legs or take a few steps.
