I have recently joined OSSPT with over 30 years of experience at various outpatient orthopedic therapy settings. I graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy and Master of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 1991 and 1993. I later completed post-graduate training in orthopedic manual therapy through the Kaiser Permanente Residency Program in Castro Valley, CA. As a physical therapist, I am deeply passionate about supporting each client’s journey toward optimal health, movement, and overall well-being. I firmly believe that an ounce of prevention goes a long way, and I work to empower every individual with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to take charge of their health. My approach is rooted in compassion and personalized care, with the goal of helping clients not only recover, but truly thrive. Whether it’s restoring function, preventing injury, or improving quality of life, I’m committed to guiding each person toward becoming the best version of themselves, stronger, healthier, and more confident in their body and its potential.
On a personal note, I am a lifelong learner in not only physical therapy but also in nutrition, aging well, hormone balancing, raising children, and emotional wellness. Married to a wonderful man of 30 years and blessed with seven children, 5 boys and 2 girls, that keep me active in all sorts of physical activities.
