I graduated in 2015 with a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and have been working in outpatient orthopedics with a special focus on occupational medicine ever since. What sets OSSPT apart from a traditional outpatient clinic is our unique ability to intervene early and see employees directly in their work environments. I’ve seen firsthand the huge impact this can have on preventing injuries.
I really enjoy delving into the specifics of an employee’s job and collaborating with them to find ways to make their tasks easier on their bodies. Getting to know each person as an individual is important to me, and I truly believe that movement and exercise are often the best tools we have to help patients progress through their rehabilitation and reach their goals. Outside of work, I love traveling to my family’s cabin in northern Wisconsin, cross-country skiing, playing Ultimate Frisbee, and spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog.
