I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons University in Boston in 2019 and have been working in outpatient orthopedics ever since. I am a passionate and dedicated physical therapist who cares deeply about helping people achieve their goals and live their best lives. Injury prevention and wellness come in many forms but all start with developing relationships with patients/clients. I am excited to work on-site with clients to help them prevent injuries collaborate on ways to make their work environments and tasks less stressful on their bodies.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my camera looking for wildlife, exploring Minnesota with friends, or relaxing at home with my fiancé and our two cats.
