I am a Physical Therapist with more than 40 years of experience in injury prevention, on-site occupational health services, and post-injury rehabilitation. Throughout my career, I have specialized in hand therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and ergonomic program design, serving a wide range of industries across Florida and Georgia.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico and have dedicated my professional life to helping workers recover from injuries while promoting healthier, safer work environments. In the early 1990s, I developed a strong awareness of the importance of caring for injured workers and supporting their successful return to work.
Joining OSSPT represents an opportunity to continue fulfilling that passion and to contribute to an organization committed to creating safe, supportive, and productive workplaces. I believe that productivity is the result of sound systems, proactive prevention strategies, and genuine care for employees’ well-being.
I am excited for the opportunity to be part of OSSPT’s mission and look forward to making a meaningful contribution. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling—especially to Spain—spending time with my family, and playing pickleball.
