With 10 years of experience in Human Resources, most recently supporting production and manufacturing environments, I bring a strong HR lens to business operations and employee engagement. Prior to my HR career, I spent a decade teaching English/Language Arts at the high school level, which shaped my ability to communicate, mentor, and inspire. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Winona State University and a Master’s in Education from Saint Mary’s University, Minneapolis.
