Celeste earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota and brings a wealth of experience across diverse care settings—including home health, hospital, outpatient clinic, and industrial environments. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to a wellness-focused approach, empowering clients to live their fullest, most active lives.
She is Expert Level trained in Myofascial Release through John Barnes, applying this full-body technique to support holistic healing and long-term wellness. Celeste’s philosophy aligns seamlessly with OSSPT’s emphasis on prevention and proactive care, making her a natural fit for the team’s mission to deliver accessible, workplace-based physical therapy and wellness.
Outside of work, Celeste enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, their four children, and a lively household that includes three dogs and two cats.
