I graduated from Midwestern University in 2011 and have had passion for outpatient orthopedics ever since. I hold a certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) which focuses on understanding the root cause of musculoskeletal pain by analyzing movement and identifying specific mechanical problems. Additionally, I am a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.
I love to empower individuals with knowledge and have them understand their bodies. I understand the daily physical challenges that come with any job and am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate them with greater ease. My goal is to listen to their story, understand their unique challenges and celebrate their progress no matter how big or small. I am excited to be part of a team that focuses on injury-prevention and the overall wellbeing of their clients.
