As a physical therapist, I believe in connecting with people personally to reach their optimal physical well-being. My goal is inspiring each person through prevention medicine and physical fitness, to become the best version of themselves.
My passion for physical therapy began after suffering multiple knee injuries during my college soccer career at Bemidji State. I attained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of North Dakota. Primarily, I have worked in outpatient settings specializing in extremity treatments, dry needling, myofascial release and cupping.
Outside of PT, I enjoy going on adventures with my husband and two young children.
