Joining On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy (OSSPT), I’m eager to bring my diverse knowledge, extensive experience, and patient-centered care approach to bolster our commitment to both employees and employers. My aim is to deliver true value by empowering employee health through proactive injury prevention and early intervention, and bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and practical on-site solutions.
I am originally from Wausau, Wisconsin, but grew up in Massachusetts during my formative years. I then attended Marquette University (Milwaukee), where I earned my B.S. in Exercise Physiology and immediately followed that by earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. It was in graduate school where I met my wife, a Saint Paul native. As one could guess, we moved back to Minnesota a few years later. With a lot of Golden Eagles in our house, Marquette holds a special place for us!
I believe in building real, trusting relationships and providing personalized attention to every individual. I take each patient case as unique and utilize a variety of different approaches to ensure patients keep active, strong, and moving forward!
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and enjoying cabin weekends up north. I’m passionate about practicing mindfulness, gratitude, and keeping active outdoors. I enjoy endurance sports like running, cycling, and prepping for the American Birkebeiner each year.
