Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience working with a wide range of injuries/issues
- Experience with developing educational materials, functional job and/or ergonomic assessments
- Experience creating body mechanics and stretch programs
- An orthopedic background
- Familiar with occupational settings, OSHA guidelines, workers’ compensation processes
- Familiar with ergonomic assessments
- But for the right candidate we are willing to train
- Have an active Physical Therapy license in the state in which the position is located
- Have 2+ years’ experience as a physical therapist
- Medical Specialties in Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
- Great for someone looking to make a little extra cash, a stay at home parent looking to work very part-time hours or someone looking for a change of pace

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team part-time, working directly alongside the on-site medical team at various construction sites. If you’re excited to take on new challenges and make a real impact, we want to hear from you
Role Highlights:
- Hours: Flexible, 16+ hours per week, the client we are working with is top notch and it will be an amazing opportunity!
- Pay: $42 – $50 an hour/DOE
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement body mechanics and stretching programs.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide personalized recommendations.
- Educate employees on safe work practices to prevent injuries and promote overall wellness.
- See non-work-related PT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies, serving as a trusted expert in workplace health.
Ideal Candidate:
- A candidate who is comfortable collaborating with the on-site medical team at the construction site.
- Someone eager to expand their skills and knowledge to support the on-site medical team’s efforts.
- Proven experience in treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries and performing ergonomic assessments.
- Strong communication skills, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bring an orthopedic background to the table.
Education Requirements:
- Holds an active Missouri state license in Physical Therapy.
- Has accumulated 2+ years’ of experience as a physical therapist.
