Care That Extends Beyond the Clinic: Our Giving Mission

At OSSPT, giving back is woven into the heart of who we are. Each year, we pause to reflect on the difference we can make outside of the workplace, and we feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to something bigger than ourselves.

Last year, we partnered with The GOD’S CHILD Project to sponsor the construction of a home for a family in need. It was a powerful reminder that even one contribution can change the trajectory of someone’s life.

This year, that ripple grew. Through the Minnesota chapter’s matching-gift program, our donation was doubled, allowing us to sponsor two home builds instead of one. Two families who will now have a safe place to rest, two foundations for hope, and two homes where futures can grow.

What makes this possible is the strength of our OSSPT community, our exceptional employees who show up with purpose every day and the amazing clients who trust us to support their teams. Because of both, we’re able to extend our mission beyond musculoskeletal health and into meaningful global impact.
