Sunshine Fund:
Each OSSPT team member receives a monthly cash deposit into their own individual Sunshine Fund Account. These monies are intended to be used to support employee health and wellness goals. Employees have the freedom to use these funds to help pay for such things as a gym membership, workout clothes, or a massage.
Paid Volunteer Hours:
OSSPT encourages giving back to the community. To support this ideal, each OSSPT team member may submit a request for a reimbursement of up to four hours of pay when they volunteer for a charitable event, coach a youth sports team or help with organizations such as Feed My Starving Children.
Monthly Lunch and Learn Meetings:
Providing a sense of academic community for our team is important to OSSPT. Towards this end, OSSPT team members are paid for their time to attend monthly Lunch and Learn meetings.

How do YOU feel on Monday morning when your alarm goes off and you are looking at another 40-hours in the clinic? Excited? Or dreading the turn and burn that many PTs are facing as reimbursements shrink and productivity quotas increase?
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience working with a wide range of injuries/issues
- Experience with developing educational materials, functional job and/or ergonomic assessments
- Experience creating body mechanics and stretch programs
- An orthopedic background
- Familiar with occupational settings, OSHA guidelines, workers’ compensation processes
- Familiar with ergonomic assessments
- But for the right candidate we are willing to train
- Have an active Physical Therapy license in the state in which the position is located
- Have 2+ years’ experience as a physical therapist
- Medical Specialties in Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
- Great for someone looking to make a little extra cash, a stay at home parent looking to work very part-time hours or someone looking for a change of pace
On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy is not a traditional brick-and-mortar clinic – our mission is to bring injury prevention, injury management and wellness direct to the workplace and the employees who need it the most. Physical Therapist-Detroit Lakes, MN
We are currently looking for energetic self-starter to fill a contract position working for one of our clients in Detroit Lakes, MN.
Position Details:
- 4-5 hours a week/flexibility is setting your own hours
- 2nd Shift, 8pm to midnight
- Pay range – $50 – $60 an hour depending on experience
- Part-time
- Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Physical Therapist – Southern Twin Cities Metro, MN
We are currently looking for an energetic self-starter to fill an open position, working 10 -20 hours a week with growth potential, for our clients in Eagan and Bloomington, MN.
Position Details:
- 10-20 hours a week/flexibility is setting your own hours
- Pay range – $40 – $50 an hour depending on experience
- Part-time
Schedule:
- No weekends
Physical Therapist – Southeast, MN
We are currently looking for an energetic self-starter to fill a contract position working for our client/s in the Rochester and southern border area of Minnesota.
Position Details:
- 16 hours a month/flexibility is setting your own hours
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week

Position Details:
- 8 hours a week/flexibility in setting your own hours

Pay: $42.00 – $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week

- Monday to Friday
Physical Therapist – Lenexa, KS
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
