Working for On-Site Solutions gives me an opportunity as a PT that I would not get in a traditional setting. It says it right in our core values: we meet people where they are at. This allows me to build trust with my patients because I can truly understand the demands placed on them every day at work. Having the opportunity to both manage injuries when they happen, or prevent them in the first place, I am able to help my patients in many different ways by being on-site with them.
