Kim completed the Therapeutic Body Wellness Massage Program from Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork, Inc. She is passionate about the maintenance of oneself and believes that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall wellbeing for the mind and body. She works to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. Her style combines a mixture of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point and stretching techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective massage. She loves the challenge of working with those who experience chronic pain, specifically in the shoulders and neck, hips, and those who suffer from headaches and sciatica. By adjusting each massage to the individual client, she will provide a very specific massage for your needs in a warm and relaxing environment.
Outside of work, she can be found playing with her dog Maxx, listening to or watching anything true crime, doing puzzles, and spending time with friends and family.
